Children’s lobe piercings are a rite of passage and a super fun first step into the world of jewellery! They’re safe, simple, and when done professionally, far quicker and comfier than most kids expect. Earlobes heal fast, are easy to look after, and are perfect for a first sparkle moment.
We pierce tandem-style, with two friendly practitioners working at the same time using sterile, single-use needles (no guns here!). That means it’s over in a flash, less waiting, less worry, and lots of brave smiles all round.
For jewellery, we use flat-back labrets that are lightweight, secure, and made for everyday adventures. They’re comfy for sleeping, school, and gentle play.
By following the correct aftercare, lobe piercings usually heal like a dream, and once healed, jewellery swaps are easy and exciting. High-quality materials help keep irritation at bay and keep little ears happy and comfy.
A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid identification from both parties, and we always take time to explain everything in a calm, friendly way.

Is your child ready?
Often, young children will express interest in getting body art, sometimes to look similar to relatives or friends
It’s important that you discuss the permanency, discomfort, and responsibility entailed in cleaning and caring for a healing wound.
If you aren’t 100% sure that your child is ready, we suggest dropping by for a free consultation to pick jewellery and meet some of our practitioners, so when they do come in for their piercing it is less overwhelming.

Required Identification
On the day of the appointment, we will require a unique, different form of ID from each of the following:
- Proof of age card
- Drivers license
- Passport
- Public Transport travel card

If the client is under the age of 18 and is in care of the state or legally emancipated, we will require signed documents from the court stating who is responsible for their care, as well as valid ID from both parties.
Note: We cannot accept the same ID twice for a consent form (e.g cannot use Birth Certificate for Under 18 and Linking document)
