If your preferred day is fully booked, you can still book an appointment for a future date and regularly check for cancellations.
Cancellations are automatically updated in our booking system, allowing you to secure a spot as soon as it becomes available.

A pro tip from our clients is to check before going to sleep, when going for a midnight toilet trip or first thing when you wake up in the morning!

We may only be able to take walk-in clients if they do not delay or interfere with booked appointments.

Just yourself

When booking more than one piercing for yourself, please book the service with the longest appointment time and reply to your booking confirmation email letting us know what else you’d like done so we can extend your booking accordingly.

You & friends

Each person must book their own appointment.

If you’re booking for more than one person, please complete one booking, then return to book the next. This allows us to give each client the time, care and attention they deserve.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking using the automated system.

  1. Log into your booking portal
  2. Make sure you are in the My appointments tab and Upcoming section
  3. Hit the “Reschedule” button to choose another suitable time, or the “Cancel” button if you so wish

Deposits are automatically refunded to the same method you paid, usually within 24 hours.

Note: We do not keep a cancellation list; you will need to check for spots to open up on the booking page.

On the day of your booking, please make sure you have eaten at least 4 hours prior to your appointment and have all Valid ID ready.

Remember, a professional piercer prioritises your comfort, safety, and satisfaction!

Our Deposit Policy

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, we must ensure that our appointments run on time so the next client is not negatively impacted.

Rescheduling

In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule it with at least 6 hours’ notice . Simply locate your confirmation email and hit the “Reschedule” link or CLICK HERE to locate your booking.Example: You get called into work and you can no longer attend your booked appointment, so you reschedule to our next available spot. Your deposit is retained for your new appointment time.

Incorrect Identification

Your deposit is considered forfeited if you attend your appointment without all of the correct identification, including your parent’s identification if you are under the age of 18.You are sent an SMS reminder the day prior to your appointment to remind you which identification you need to bring.Example: You don’t bring correct identification to your piercing appointment, so we are unable to pierce you. Your deposit is not refunded or transferred.

Missed appointment

If you are 10 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment without contacting us, you may lose your deposit and will need to re-book.Example: You arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, and the next client will be negatively impacted, so we are unable to pierce you. Your deposit is not refunded or transferred, and you will need to re-book for another time.

Change of mind

If you attend your appointment and decide to not go ahead with it, you may lose some or all of your deposit. This deposit may be used towards other purchases in-store or refunded at the discretion of your piercer depending on the situation. In the event of a change of mind AFTER beginning the procedure (ie: already in the room and ready to proceed), the entirety of the deposit will be taken. For children under the age of 10 who are not ready at the time of piercing, we offer a one-time option to reschedule retaining the deposit to another date (generally 12 months later).Example: You booked for a nostril piercing, but at your appointment you decide you don’t want to get pierced anymore. Your piercer will discuss using your deposit for other products and services.

Practitioner declining your procedure

Some piercings are very anatomical and often require a consultation to determine viability prior to getting the piercing. We always suggest coming in for a consultation prior to booking. We also offer a free consultation at the start of a piercing booking, however, you will need to enter a “backup plan” piercing when making your appointment. If you decide to not have an anatomical consultation prior and do not wish to have any other piercings done, your deposit may be partially or fully forfeited to compensate the practitioners and studio for their time.If we decline your procedure based on our professional opinion or anatomical viability, for a piercing that doesn’t require an anatomical consultation prior – you will have your entire deposit refunded.Example: You are not anatomically viable for a piercing you booked in for that doesn’t suggest a consultation prior, and our practitioners have agreed that it is not advisable to do the piercing. Your deposit is automatically refunded.

Giving your appointment to a friend

If you would like to give your appointment to a friend or family member, please EMAIL US the specifics of your appointment and precisely what they would like to get done.We try to be as accommodating as possible, however, some appointments require longer time and we may need to reschedule to fit them in.Note: We do NOT permit the sale of appointments for profit. Doing so will result in an immediate ban on booking future appointments.

Receiving a refund

We refund your deposit during open hours, usually, we are able to do so within the same day however please allow us up to 2 business days before emailing us for assistance.Note: We only refund via the same payment method used when paying your deposit.

We guarantee our piercings, meaning if you follow our aftercare and still have to remove your piercing (and keep your jewellery) – we will re-do that same piercing for you free of charge! We do not warrant a free re-piercing if you just changed your mind or removed the jewellery without consulting with us prior.

Jewellery Guarantee

We guarantee all of our high-quality body jewellery for LIFE against defects and faults. What that means to you is that if you lose any part of your jewellery during the healing period (limited to 3 months), we replace it entirely for free with a basic titanium component – we can even cover basic shipping worldwide! If any part of your jewellery breaks and you return the faulty piece – we ship it back to our supplier and have them repair or replace it and get it back to you FREE.To enquire about a warranty repair, simply EMAIL US (with clear photos) and we will tell you how to proceed.

There are a few reasons why we might decline a procedure, and although our client satisfaction is very important to us, honouring the integrity of our craft and ensuring your safety will always be our top priorities.

We may choose to decline a piercing in the following circumstances:

  • If you are unable to provide a valid ID to prove your age, or, if under 18, you do not bring a parent or legal guardian with an accompanying valid ID, as well as a valid linking ID
  • If you are unable to correctly complete our release form in-store prior to your piercing
  • If your anatomy or jewellery selection isn’t suited for the specific piercing you want
  • If you have any underlying medical conditions that will drastically affect your safety or the ability to heal the piercing
  • If you are already healing multiple other piercings, adding more would result in your immune system not being able to heal the existing ones, nor any new ones
  • If we feel you don’t understand the risks or commitments associated with the procedure
  • If you are abusive, rude, or intolerant of any of our staff or other patrons

Getting cartilage piercings in both ears

Generally, we encourage our clients to heal one ear at a time to ensure they can care for and attend to that side.

Cartilage piercings, for example, can be among the most challenging to heal, often taking 12-18 months or more to be FULLY stabilised.

For this reason, if you have or are getting a newer piercing, we generally decline piercing the other side.

Piercing cartilage with rings

Although some cartilage piercings can be safely pierced with rings and will heal totally fine, many will experience difficulties and form scar tissue.

Usually, you are better off healing with an implant-grade flat-back stud for the first 6-9 months before attempting to be fitted with a ring, especially if you want it to be snug.

WE DO NOT USE OR CONDONE THE USE OF PIERCING GUNS.

By design, modern piercing guns don’t technically pierce the skin. Instead, they use the jewellery itself to penetrate the skin via force, wedging the jewellery between irritated and now-inflamed skin.

Piercing guns can NOT be autoclaved. Although the adoption of single-use piercing models and sterile cassettes for guns has reduced the risk of cross-contamination during a procedure, the fundamental flaws of the jewellery design remain unchanged.

At our studio, we are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all LGBTQIA+ individuals, and we understand the importance of such spaces in fostering well-being and empowerment.

We believe that by creating and maintaining these safe spaces, we can contribute to a more equitable and supportive community.
