I had such an amazing experience at Opal Heart Piercing! The team is incredibly knowledgeable and truly talented at their craft. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure I felt confident before starting. Joeltron’s attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, and the final result was perfect. I can’t recommend Opal Heart Piercing enough.☺️☺️

Went and saw Joel today to get a cheek dermal and to see if my mantis piercings could be put back in after having them out since August, could not recommend Joel highly enough, he was absolutely fantastic, went through all of the after care with me prior to the piercing helped me choose which dermal top would be best and over all was extremely helpful. Not to mention all jewellery is sterilised there and then after you pick it out. Everything is completely sterile even down the the gloves. Will definitely be back for more piercings in the future. Definitely the best piercing experience I have in my life and I say this as a fellow piercer my self! If you are looking for a clean, friendly and knowledgeable piercer I recommend Joel 100%!!! Thanks again guys, can’t wait to get more piercings!!

Had my conch pierced by Bree and she was amazing. She was so professional and welcoming, explained the entire process clearly, and made me feel really comfortable. She also took the time to look at some old scarring from a previous piercing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Amazing team and service on both occasions. First visit was in 2024 and came back today as a walk in (I’m from the UK).

This team is ELITE. Honestly the best piercing place in Perth. The staff are extremely professional and make you feel so incredibly welcome. We had a phenomenal experience today at Opal heart! We walked in without an appointment and were greeted by Luna who was friendly and helpful. It was really busy and we were happy to wait, however we were seen quickly by Em who sorted my 7 year old daughter out with new lobe jewellery (which required some extra care and time due to scar tissue/hole closure). Em was patient, kind and extremely generous with her time and knowledge. My daughter is thrilled with her new earrings and we will not hesitate return to Opal heart.

Today was my first time visiting Opal Heart. I came in wanting to get a tragus piercing done but my ear anatomy isn’t suitable for a tragus piercing. My backup plan was to get a rook piercing. Bree was really helpful and informative with aftercare, and talked through the whole piercing process. I am so happy with how my piercing turned out!

I can‘t recommend this studio enough!
From the counterlady to the shop owner, everybody is just lovely and they all know their stuff.
Bree stretched my nostrils and a cartilage piercing and did an amazing job! They are a very knowledgable piercer and are just a lovely person.
Jackson changed the jewelry on my double high nostrils and did an amazing job as well! Had a hard time sitting still cause he is just such a funny person.
The shop has a nice interior and the jewelry selection is outstanding. They got a lot of high quality brands like BVLA, Anatometal, etc.
Tldr: Amazing piercers, great high quality jewelry selection and just overall very cozy.

My first piercing at 55. Bree and Jackson were amazing. Made me feel at ease and special. So professional, personal and the aftercare is outstanding. Thank you so much, fully recommend to anyone having a piercing.
