Went to the shop this afternoon hoping to find a way to re-open my lobe piercings which have already closed up. Bree suggested me to get pierced again since re-opening hurt the same and my old piercings were actually not even. I got a little bit nervous since I got gun piercing last time and it hurt like heaven and my lobes kept swelling for the next 3 days. But Bree was just so awesome that I could hardly feel any pain when she did the piercing and my lobes didn't even get red after the piercing! Already recommended the place to my friends.

Just came in today to get my 12 yr old's ears pierced by Joel & Bree. You guys were were just so awesome, explained everything so well & I was very impressed with the sterile technique used for the procedure. My daughter was a bit nervous beforehand, but is so happy now that she's got pierced ears. We didn't think she'd be able to get them done as her ear lobes are so teenie tiny, but you guys have made her very happy & she said it didn't even hurt! I’ve been to see you guys a few times in the past, so when it came to getting my niece’s nose pierced, I wasn’t going to take her anywhere else. I came into the shop yesterday with my niece, her dad and grandmother. I went in today to get my nose done for the second time, and because I had already had a bad experience with my first nose piercing (at another place) I was really nervous about getting it done again. They are very thorough, and make sure you understand everything they are doing, including the importance of sterilisation, your options with piercing placement, and advice for aftercare. They are incredibly customer friendly, giving a free two week check up, and making your visit as cost-effective as possible every time. I had my first appointment with Bree yesterday. The service was the best :D Joel welcomed us, followed by Bree who was welcoming, friendly, knowledgable & professional.
